Additionally, the Windsor Police Service confirm that last night at approximately 11:25 p.m., officers received custody of a male from the Ontario Provincial Police Windsor Casino Enforcement Unit. The male was subsequently released with no charges. Due to the fact the male is not being charged with an offence, no further information will be released at this time.

While we're no exactly sure what Lopez was up to in the hours leading up to his arrest, but a fan did snap a photo of Lopez lying on the ground in the middle of the casino before being taken into custody.

And it sure doesn't sound like Lopez is sweating the drunk bust. He released a hilarious statement today, saying, "Tied one on last night. Not feeling great this morning. I was trying to sleep it off, unfortunately, it was on the casino floor."
