Josh Ritter:Josh Ritter is as much a touring sensation as he is a rising folk rocker. The Idaho native self-released his debut album in 1998 and sold copies of the disc out of his trunk. He soon moved to Scotland to attend the School of Scottish Folk Studies and he developed his own major at Oberlin College which he called "American History Through Narrative Folk Music". Upon returning back to the States, Ritter released his sophomore album, Golden Age of Radio, in 2000 and was soon signed to the Signature Sounds label.
